Partner terms for venues
Draft as of 2026-11-08 – will be legally reviewed before the public launch. These terms apply between us (the provider named in the legal notice) and venues that use Round Tonight as partners.
1. Scope
- These terms apply to operators of bars, pubs, restaurants and hotels (businesses) whose venue we link to a Round Tonight account. Our terms of service apply additionally.
- By accepting in the app (Profile → My venue) you conclude this contract for the venue you represent. You confirm that you're authorised to do so.
2. Our services
- A listing in the verified directory, a check-in code for your guests and events in the app within your partner tier (Basic 4, Plus 20 events a month, Pro unlimited).
- There's no entitlement to a particular number of guests, sign-ups or a particular placement.
- Guests order and pay for food and drinks directly with you. We're not a party to those contracts and don't collect anything on your behalf.
3. Your obligations
- Information about your venue and events is true; events take place as announced. If you have to cancel, do so in the app before the sign-up deadline – guests who signed up get their credits back.
- Your offers are lawful – in particular youth protection (no alcohol for minors), correct price information and restrictions on advertising alcohol. Follow your country's rules on alcohol and advertising.
- You use the check-in code only for guests on site and don't publish it. You don't manipulate bonuses (captain, invitations).
- You treat Round Tonight guests like everyone else and don't discriminate against anyone because of origin, gender, religion, disability, age or sexual identity.
4. Content and moderation
- An automatic filter checks titles and offers. If events violate these terms, our terms of service or the law, we may remove or cancel them; like all users, you get a statement of reasons and can object.
- You allow us to show your venue's name, address and events in the app and on our website.
5. Partner tiers and prices
- All tiers are free during the launch phase.
- Creating an event costs 5 credits from your balance, charged when you create it (per event, regardless of the number of languages). They are not refunded if you cancel or too few guests sign up. During the launch phase you can use free credits for this.
- We'll agree fees separately or announce them in text form at least 30 days in advance; you can then terminate with effect from that date. Prices for venues are exclusive of VAT.
6. Data
- You don't see any personal data of our guests – for events only the number of sign-ups. There's no data processing on our behalf.
- We store the link between your account and the venue and when you accepted these terms for as long as the partnership lasts.
7. Liability
- We're liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health; otherwise only for breach of essential obligations, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. We're not liable for guests not showing up or for failures of third parties.
- You indemnify us against third-party claims based on unlawful offers or events of your venue.
8. Term, termination, changes
- The contract runs for an indefinite period and can be terminated by either side at any time by email. The link then ends and upcoming events are cancelled.
- We'll announce changes at least 30 days in advance. You can only create new events again once you've accepted the new version.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
The law at the provider's registered office (see legal notice) applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is, as far as legally permitted, the provider's registered office.
