What you get

• New guests who come to you on purpose
• Rounds and tables of 3 to 10 people who stay longer
• Your own events in the app – e.g. quiz night, tapas table, live music, ideally with an offer
• Visibility with people nearby, including visitors from abroad

How it works

We add your venue to the verified directory and link it to your app account. Under Profile → “My venue” you see your check-in code for the bar and create events: title, offer, day, time, languages and how many tables. Guests sign up and pay with their credits – they order and pay at your venue as usual. Before your first event you accept our partner terms in the app.

Partner tiers

Basic: 4 events a month. Plus: 20 events a month. Pro: unlimited. Each event costs you 5 credits – during the launch phase you can use free credits, and the tiers themselves are free. Guests pay 2 credits to join.

Your responsibility

Events must be real and take place at your venue. You're responsible for offers and prices – e.g. youth protection (no alcohol for minors) and correct price information. Follow your country's rules on alcohol and advertising.

Register your venue

Open roundtonight.com/venue, sign in with your email address and find your venue (or add it as new). We review the registration and usually approve it within two working days. Questions? hello@roundtonight.com
