I'm not getting a code

Check your spam or promotions folder – the email comes from login@roundtonight.com.
Check the address for typos. The sign-in screen tells you if the email couldn't be delivered.
Disposable addresses (e.g. 10-minute mail) don't work.
Wait a minute and request the code again.
After five wrong attempts you need to request a new code.

I don't see any rounds

Allow location access in your browser or settings – the web app doesn't work without it.
In cities we show rounds within 1.5 km and meetups up to 5 km.
Nothing happening? Start a round yourself when you're at a bar.

Check-in doesn't work

The code is printed on the Round Tonight coaster at the bar.
Location check-in only works inside the bar.
You can only check in after being accepted.

Meetups & invitations

You can sign up for scheduled meetups from 72 hours before; cancelling is free until 60 minutes before the start.
Your table and the venue appear under “My rounds” once the meetup goes ahead.
Invite: tap “Invite friends” in the round or meetup – up to 2 friends.
Invitation link not working? It's only valid until the round ends, and the host can turn invitations off.

Credits & payments

For rounds, credits are only charged when you're accepted; for meetups only when the meetup goes ahead.
No answer after 15 minutes or a cancelled meetup? The credits come back automatically.
Launch phase: at 3 credits or less you can get 100 credits for free under Credits.
You can see all transactions under Credits.

Account & data

Change or remove your name, drinks, pace and languages in your profile.
Switch the app language in your profile (Deutsch/English).
Download your data or delete your account: Profile → Your data.
